My Tarot Coaching Approach: Transforming challenges into opportunities!
Making your difficulties and uncertainties your strengths!
Tarot is often perceived only as a divinatory oracle, a tool that just predicts the future. But for me, it is first and foremost a powerful mirror, capable of revealing pathways to better self-knowledge and overcoming obstacles. This is the foundation of my Tarot Coaching practice.
My approach focuses on one thing: giving you the keys to become the author of your own life. The cards are not there just to tell you what will happen, but also to help you see where you stand and how to act.
Here’s how I work to transform your challenges into opportunities:
1. Transform confusion into clarity
Faced with a complex situation (an important decision to make, a difficult relationship), we often feel overwhelmed by doubts. We don’t know which way to turn and the confusion come into our mind.
🔎 How Tarot helps: By asking targeted questions and drawing cards, we create together a space for reflection. Each Tarot Major Arcana is an image, a symbol that will shed light on elements of your unconscious. For example, the Hanged Man card might invite you to step back, to look at the situation from a new angle, while The Fool could encourage you to trust your intuition and dare to embark on a new beginning.
💹 The result: The cards act as a psychological trigger. They allow you to put words and images to what is blurry. Inner chaos gives way to a clearer vision of your situation.
2. Transforming fears into courage
Our fears are often the biggest obstacles to our fulfillment. Fear of failure, fear of judgment, fear of the unknown… They prevent us from acting and fully realizing ourselves.
🔎 How Tarot helps: Tarot will not make your fear disappear, but it will name it. It can reveal its origin and the mechanisms that fuel it. A card like Five of Swords can point to the feeling of defeat that paralyzes you, while Strength can remind you of the power and courage that are already within you.
💹 The result: By identifying the source of your fear, you can deconstruct it and transform it into a driving force. Instead of letting yourself be paralyzed, you learn to tame it and move forward, even if it’s still present.
3. Transforming waiting into action
Too many people wait for things to happen on their own. “If it’s meant for me, it will happen,” they think. This passivity can lead to frustration and a feeling of stagnation and on the long term to self depreciation.
🔎 How Tarot helps: Tarot is not a passive tool. Each reading is an invitation to action. It can reveal the strengths you possess, the blockages holding you back, or the different paths available to you. The reading becomes a potential action plan. A card like The Chariot can encourage you to take the reins of your life and move forward with determination.
💹 The result: You understand that you have the power to influence your future. You are no longer a spectator, but the creator of your reality. The cards offer you a roadmap to move from intention to concrete action.
In conclusion, my Tarot Coaching practice is an invitation to reconnect with your inner power. It’s not only about reading the future, but above all about building it, card by card, decision by decision.
Important note
When what is highlighted in an initial reading is more important than what was initially imagined, a follow-up session over several sessions may be considered. In this case, we organize together in order of priority the themes that will be addressed in each tarot coaching session.
The fears and other blockages that emerge during a reading are sometimes conscious, but most often this is not the case. Education, speeches heard during childhood and adolescence, life events contribute to the reinforcement of everything that constitutes the core of the limiting beliefs that the tarot will help to deconstruct.
Anecdote from a consultant… One morning in May 2025, Laurence (not her real name) arrived at my appointment with many questions about her professional and romantic life, feeling completely stuck in both.
Having chosen a large spread, we explored the different facets of what was causing this feeling of blockage to help her make not one choice but several choices. Staying in a job that makes you sick in order to be close to the person you love (with a big question mark over that love elsewhere) is not a viable choice. The tarot highlighted her fear of no longer being loved and finding herself alone if she moved away slightly geographically, de facto putting her in a sacrificial position that her partner did not want to impose on her!
The tarot coaching allowed Laurence to realize that she was not staying for love but because of a kind of emotional dependence and that she was therefore giving up another, more fulfilling job opportunity for the wrong reasons. The life decisions that followed the draw (much more detailed than the summary given here) were difficult but so right for her and for her partner too (who has since become a friend). Today, Laurence lives in another region, doing a job that is aligned with what she wanted. This inner fulfillment has allowed her to overcome other underlying fears, to shine and already, to dare to accept new romantic encounters, being now carrying a clearer, more assertive energy that will most certainly attract to her the type of person with whom she can build the life that suits her, in sharing and love.✨
