What is Tarot Coaching?

A Powerful Tool for Personal Guidance

A Powerful Tool for Personal Guidance Tarot coaching is a practice that combines the ancient wisdom of tarot with the personalized support of an experienced tarot reader. This tool is powerful and therapeutic in many ways, as it allows you to explore different aspects of your life, unblock buried emotions, bring awareness to the surface, gain perspective on a situation, and find answers to your deepest questions.

Why choose a support from a tarot coach?

Seeking guidance from a tarot coach offers the benefit of having an expert guide to interpret the cards, help you ask the right questions, and find avenues for reflection to move forward in your life.
The tarot coach provides an objective and compassionate perspective on your personal situation, while using the symbols of the cards and their own intuitive insights (in my case, this often manifests as clairaudience) to shed unique and insightful light on your path.

Advantages and disadvantages of tarot coaching

Tarot coaching truly helps you take a step back, clarify your thoughts and emotions, identify recurring patterns and internal (or situational) blocks, and find creative solutions to the challenges you face. It can also help you release blocks, false beliefs, and limiting conditioning, and guide you toward making conscious choices that align with your true self.

When tarot coaching leads to the release of emotional, mental, intergenerational, or spiritual blockages, it allows you to gradually take back the power over your life by becoming aware of your fears, wounds*, deep desires, limiting beliefs, and true potential—and by taking responsibility for your choices (or non-choices).

By supporting you in this stage of conscious decision-making, tarot usually presents the different options, allowing you to weigh the pros and cons and make decisions in alignment with your true nature. This helps you build a future in the present moment that matches your aspirations, values, and needs.

Important note

It goes without saying that tarot coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and it is the duty of the tarot coach to inform you of this so that the consultant– consulted relationship remains transparent.

As a tarot coach initially trained in clinical psychology, I see no issues with tarot coaching as long as it is done with respect for your person, your pace, your needs, and your current resistances.

This is where potential drawbacks may arise—when you turn to someone inexperienced, who lacks knowledge in both cartomancy and psychology, and who may make you more vulnerable and/or dependent by promising quick fixes to all your problems or by announcing dramatic and anxietyinducing events (which likely will never happen).

It is therefore essential to seek out an experienced tarot reader who commits to accompanying you with honesty and in accordance with a code of ethics (respect for confidentiality, not influencing your decisions, not encouraging overconsumption of readings, which can lead to emotional dependence—and potentially issues similar to fortune-telling addiction — which we seek to avoid on a path of awakening or during major life decisions).

During a tarot coaching session, I will not tell you what you want to hear, but what truly emerges from your energy and the energies around you as reflected in the cards—so I can guide you as best as possible in moments of doubt, suffering, or confusion.

Conclusion

Tarot coaching is a valuable tool for those who seek to better understand themselves, find answers to their inner questions, and move forward on the path of personal fulfillment. With the compassionate support of a
competent tarot coach, you can benefit from personalized guidance and newfound clarity about your life and your choices.
